Solstice London is a London-based floral design studio operating as a sole trader.
2. Products & Design

All arrangements are made to order.

Product images are indicative of size, colour palette, and style only.

Due to seasonality and availability, specific flower varieties may vary.

We always aim to maintain the overall aesthetic, value, and quality of the arrangement ordered.
Each bouquet is unique by nature.
3. Orders

Orders must be placed via our website.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled, as preparation begins immediately.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate at checkout.
4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
5. Delivery

We currently offer London-only delivery.

Delivery dates are selected at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Restricted access to buildings

If a delivery cannot be completed, redelivery may incur an additional fee.
6. Refunds & Complaints
Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

We do not accept returns.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photographs where applicable. Each case will be assessed fairly.
7. Care & Liability

Solstice London is not responsible for damage caused by improper care after delivery.

We are not liable for allergic reactions to flowers or foliage.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, designs, and branding are the property of Solstice London and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
