Shipping Policy
Solstice currently delivers within London only.
All arrangements are prepared fresh and delivered on your selected delivery date. Flowers are transported carefully and arrive hydrated in an oasis wrap, ready to be placed in water on arrival.
Delivery time slots are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery responsibility passes to the courier.
If you require a specific delivery window, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations or changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
